i would suggest buying 'eat when you feel sad' at an independent bookstore. if the store you go to doesn't stock it you can have them order it. i feel like people don't do that very often, but i've done it before, and it's pretty easy / satisfying. you don't have to pay for shipping or anything. and like if several people order it from the same store maybe they will stock it or something.

also it would help me if you wrote a review for the book on amazon

also if you want to watch videos or make a video or link to the videos at eatwhenyoufeelsad.com that would be good

if you want to wear a shirt that says 'eat when you feel sad,' you can order one at the products page or make your own

also, i will be doing some readings, more should be announced, here is where they are listed, if you come to them there will be books you can buy, and you can hear me read, and stuff
